Carers Clinic – Worthing Dementia Hub August

Come along to one of our carer clinics with Carers Support West Sussex to meet our wellbeing worker, Karen.
This is an opportunity for you to meet for a 1-1 in a private and safe environment, to chat about how we can support you in your caring role. The clinic is available to all carers supporting loved ones with all conditions.
There are three sessions available: 9.30 – 10.30 am; 11 – 12pm and 12.30 – 1.30pm. Please book through the Dementia Hub or email: adurworthing@carerssupport.org.uk
