Our Stay Social group is for people experiencing memory problems or a diagnosis of dementia. (prior booking and assessment is required). This small group offers activities, gentle exercise, music and cognitive stimulation.
Our dementia breakfast café is open for drop in and a light breakfast (fruit juice, hot drinks, pastries and fruit). It is available to anyone affected by dementia and their families, with support staff present to provide advice.

Finance Clinics to help people with Powers of Attorney, Wills and other legal and financial matters are being held on the 4th Thursday of the month between 1-3pm. Please book - the clinics are free and sessions with a professional are 30 minutes.
