A new course of CST – Cognitive Stimulation Therapy for people with Young Onset.
This Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) course is perfect for people who haven’t accessed CST before. This course is designed for individuals living with mild to moderate dementia to help improve their memory, thinking skills, communication and concentration. Each session will be designed around a different theme for instance holidays, work and music.
The sessions will be for two hours (10.20-12.30) every Thursday for 10 weeks.
Most importantly these sessions will be fun and relaxed and are designed for individuals to able to express their views and interact with others in the group.
The cost of the sessions is £75 for the full 10 weeks. This will be invoiced to you after the first session.
