Our Butterflies Club is a friendly and supportive weekly session for up to 15 members living with dementia.
The Club offers a gentle and homely environment in which to enjoy meaningful person-centred activities in our Meaningful Care Matters accredited Dementia Day Service.
Whilst we provide these sessions, club members’ unpaid carers can have time to themselves, safe in the knowledge that their loved ones are happy and being looked after.
The Butterflies Club is particularly suited for people who may need some support with personal care, who may be further along their dementia journey, or who require a quieter, less busy session with increased staffing levels.
All referrals will be assessed on a case by case basis and signposted to the service that best meets their needs.
The Butterflies Club runs once a week on a Thursday at the Bradbury Wellbeing Centre.
Costs are £65 per day and include a hot two-course meal.
Transport to and from the service is available via Guild Care minibus subject to availability and at £6.25 per return journey.
